Studio DJ partnered with ZwickRoell to design and build a new mobile app aimed at making the company more accessible and better connected to its customers. The goal was clear: create a direct, user-friendly channel that improves communication, increases engagement and streamlines how customers interact with ZwickRoell's hotline support team.


The app introduces a new, more efficient route for customers to get in touch with ZwickRoell, removing friction from traditional support processes. At its core, it enables faster and clearer issue reporting, allowing customers to submit problems quickly while giving the hotline team the information they need to respond effectively.


Beyond support, the app also acts as a central hub for engagement. ZwickRoell can now share the latest company news, updates and events directly with users, strengthening ongoing relationships and keeping customers informed in real time.


By focussing on accessibility, clarity and efficiency, Studio DJ helped ZwickRoell turn a practical business need into a valuable digital experience, one that improves customer satisfaction and increases engagement while supporting a more responsive and connected service operation.
